The Scheme Administrator
HLB Zambia was appointed by the Company as Scheme Administrator to oversee implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement.
HLB Zambia is a Zambian-registered firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, and a member firm of HLB International, a global network of independent accounting and advisory firms operating across more than 150 countries. HLB Zambia is registered with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and maintains offices in Lusaka and Kitwe.
As Scheme Administrator, HLB Zambia is responsible for managing communication with Scheme Creditors, administering the Voting and Claim process, and determining Scheme Entitlements in accordance with the Explanatory Statement and the ruling of the High Court of Zambia.
