UPDATE ON THE TIMING OF THE SECOND DISTRIBTION
The Company is a public limited company, which was incorporated under the laws of Zambia on 10 November 1999. Konkola Copper Mines (In Provisional Liquidation) is a major integrated copper producer in Africa, primarily engaged in the exploration for mining, production and sale of copper and copper by-productions with activities spanning four Zambian locations: Chingola, Chililabombwe, Nampundwe, and Kitwe. We proudly play a pivotal role in Zambia’s revenue generation in the mining sector and contribute significantly to job creation within our local communities.
